I actually can't remember who I was talking to last night (I think it was TriforceOfKirby), but he was making a GRP to PAM converter by using multiple GRPs for each color channel.
I decided to do something similar but with half the resolution to fit in one GRP.
It's close to being done. I just need to test it.

I decided to make my own online radio station, so here it is! https://www.radionomy.com/en/radio/webio (The music is uncensored. It came that way.) It's all automated right now, but I'm hoping to add a stupid radio show to it like the Elvis Duran Morning Show. Anyone not busy with anything want to do this show with me?

Could there be attempt on image compression? Probably to allow extra content or even another image in a GRP. Maybe it could be compressed with a Y'CbCr palette with chroma subasmpling, and Descrete Cosine Transform (DCT) processing like JPEG. Maybe some extra data could fit in or the image could be larger than 256x192 so it could be zoomed in.
Is this idea practical?
