<p>A bit of a noob question but would it be perfectly legal and ethical to partially develop a game in PetitComputer on the 3DS, move all the code and the sprites etc to Unity or some other game development software for PC, further fine tune it and sell the game for like 50 cents? Or build several builds for certain areas on PetitComputer but finish the game on PC and sell it? I know some people have been able to legally sell full fledged games made with RPG Maker or Game Maker like Undertale and Corpse Party, I was hoping PetitComputer would be okay too. It's all I got right now.

<p>I mean if you create a game on one platform and move it to another I don't think there will be any problems with that. It's your game, so I would think you could produce it however you wanted. If you use Petit Computer's built-in resources, I don't think you can do this because copyright or something, but otherwise I think you'll be fine.
